We manage all our rental properties as if they are our own and cater for every guest' needs, making sure their holidays are always memorable. A1. Yes, of course! You are welcome to use your property at any time, as there are no restrictions in place. We recommend that you reserve your intended dates with us as soon as possible to ensure that no one else can book the same period for their visit.
A2. Our inspectors conduct a comprehensive inventory assessment for all properties which gets checked before all guests check out and deposits are returned . While accidents can occur, we prioritise your peace of mind by mandating that all rental properties maintain complete insurance coverage.
A3. Yes, of course! It is crucial for your insurance to include coverage for rental activities. We provide comprehensive property insurance options for owners, which can cover both standard and additional risks, tailored to your specific needs.
