Waves & Pines – Sea View Escape in Sveti Vlas

Crown Fort Club complex is located between Sveti Vlas and Elenite, part of the Fort Noks Grand Resort. It is surrounded by a lush forest and offers beautiful sea views, fresh mountain air, and a gorgeous view of Nessebar in the distance, providing a peaceful holiday atmosphere. The complex is approximately a 6-8 minute’s walk to the private beach.

Guests have access to many complex facilities such as; 17 Swimming Pools for adults and children, which include water slides and a wave pool. There are Restaurants, Children’s Playgrounds with Swings & Slides, Mini Golf, Tennis Courts, Indoor & Outdoor Fitness areas, Mini Markets, Spa Services, Medical Centre, and Free onsite Parking.

One important thing to note is that the complex is built on a hillside. This is what gives many of the apartments the stunning panoramic sea views, but it also means there are quite steep walking areas and many stairs throughout the resort. Guests with mobility difficulties, very young children in strollers, or anyone uncomfortable with uphill walking should be aware that moving around the complex can require moderate physical effort, especially when returning from the beach. However, many guests appreciate the elevated position because it creates quieter surroundings, cooler air, and beautiful scenery.

The area is well connected by bus and taxi services to Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, and Nessebar, making it a great base for both relaxing holidays and exploring further afield along the lovely coast.
